Versatility Awards

There are four levels of awards.  The award is a certificate and a medal.

How do you get involved?

The prerequisite test for our Versatility awards is that all participants must have passed the U.S. Canine Good Citizen (CGC) or Canadian CKC Good Neighbour test.  Many Obedience schools offer this test.   RRCEC offers this test at events in the fall and where the numbers warrant.
You choose from the following activities, whichever you want and participate locally according to your own schedules.
Activities to choose from:  Conformation, Obedience, Racing, Tracking, Herding, Flyball, Therapy Dog and Agility in addition to your CGN test.
1st Level (2 activities) = Versatility Dog                Bronze Medal
2nd Level (3 activities) - Versatility Dog Excellent        Silver Medal
3rd Level (4 activities) = Versatility Champion        Gold Medal
*4th Level (6 activities) = Master Versatility Dog or RRCEC Wunder Dog!
*For Master Versatility Dog you must have your Canadian Championship on your dog, i.e. conformation.
You can send in your certificates for the calendar year, 2005, at any time.  The awards are given out at the AGM following, i.e. 2006.
